If you are a current client—or have received services with Family Service Center within the past three months—you may contact our office directly for assistance with scheduling appointments, connecting with your care team, or addressing any questions related to your services.
If you are experiencing new or worsening concerns, we encourage you to call our office so our team can provide timely guidance and support.
Clients who are scheduled for follow-up care may be eligible for virtual services, depending on location and program availability.
If you are returning to Family Service Center after more than three months, please call 409-762-8636 to speak with one of our intake specialists to reestablish services.
